Return and Refund Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the returned jewelry. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

For the jewelry to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

 

The jewelry was received in the last 14 days

The jewelry is in the original packaging

 

The following jewelry cannot be returned:

 

The supply of jewelry made to your specifications or personalized or customized. 

(When is the jewelry personalized or customized? If you change the length of the jewelry or the color of the pearl the jewelry is personalized. If you design your own jewelry the jewelry is customized)

The supply of jewelry according to its nature is not suitable to be returned If the jewelry is ruined, used, or where the date of expiry is over.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

 

Only regular-priced jewelry may be refunded. Unfortunately, jewelry on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without an actual receipt of the jewelry or proof of received return delivery.
